Hello! We’re so excited that you want to join us for the Almost Heaven Etsy WV Market!

There’s only 50 spaces available so fill out your form ASAP and make sure you get your payment in so we can reserve your spot! Application and fee deadline is April 25th, 2018. Spots are not held for un-paid vendors once the payment deadline has passed.

WE DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE SPACES AVAILABLE FOR THE SPRING/SUMMER MARKET!!!! If you want to be added to email list for future shows and Etsy WV events, email with your name, shop name and email address.


  • All vendors must be Etsy WV Team members or juried non-Etsy members who have joined us at past markets. If booths do not fill, juried non-members may be invited. These vendors would ONLY be vendors making handmade items from WV.
  • Booth prices vary from $30 to $80, based on size and location. This charge is covering the cost of the space and advertising and marketing. Etsy WV and its captain and committee do not profit in any way from this event and multiple sizes are available to accommodate everyone’s needs.
    • On the form, you will select your first choice for booth space and an alternative choice. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests but cannot guarantee a size until you have paid for your booth.
    • A wait list for spaces will be available once all spaces are filled.  If a space becomes available, we will contact wait list vendors in the order they were received.
  • Booth spaces are chosen due to needs and type of products (ex. we try to avoid two jewelry vendors together). There is only one level to this location but multiple areas within the hotel both in meeting rooms and public areas. We plan on using all space available.
  • Each booth comes with one 6ft table and two chairs.  You can bring more tables or displays as long as it fits into the space provided.
  • Each vendor is responsible for the construction, set-up, staffing, and take-down of the booth.
  • Hours are 10:00 am to 6:00pm, on Saturday, June 9th, 2018. Vendors agree to participate for the entire time period and be set up NO LATER THAN 9am. We say 9am because we usually have shoppers that come before the 10am start and with public spaces being used, we can’t block them off.
  • Electricity is on a first-come first serve basis, is more limited than it was at the Winter Market and is an extra $10 charge. If electricity isn’t available by the time you register, we will not invoice you for the $10.
  • Vendors will be included in the advertising for the event. We appreciate photos of products being sent to Etsy WV ( to help publicize.
    •  We will have marketing materials and sponsorship forms available to you. Please help us secure sponsors and advertise.
      • If you are in need of hotel accommodations, a special room rate is available for Friday and Saturday nights at the event location. Information will be available in the info packet you receive closer to the event.
